Elite Training Squad
Be a part of Co3’s 2019 elite dance training program for talented young West Australians. Co3 is holding open auditions for the Elite Training Squad (ETS) an annual dance program that replicates the dance training and wellness methodologies of Co3’s professional dancers, and extends the participants’ creative and personal potential. The ETS has a maximum** of 20 participants, and is only open to dancers in Year 10 or above (or at the discretion of the Artistic Director).
Auditions: Saturday 17 November at King Street Arts Centre between 9am–5pm (specific times allocated on registration).
Past students from the ETS have gone on to study dance across Australia and internationally, including at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Victorian College of the Arts, New Zealand School of Dance, Adelaide College of the Arts, Transit Dance, National Theatre Ballet School (Melbourne) and Rutgers University (USA).
ETS: Wednesdays 4:30pm – 7:30pm
**Please note, due to the popularity of the ETS, unsuccessful auditionees may be offered a place in the Reserve Squad (RS), an abridged but similar version of the program that runs in tandem with the ETS. The RS is open to dancers from Year 8 and above.
RS: Mondays 4:30pm – 6:30pm (or Wednesdays 4:30pm – 6:30pm by invitation only)
