Lisa graduated as a Physiotherapist in 1991 with an Honours degree. After establishing her own practice (APS Physiotherapy) in 1991, she completed her Post Graduate degree in Sports Physiotherapy, specialising in Dance Physiotherapy. Between 1991 and 2008 the business grew to 13 clinics over 3 states including Western Australia, New South Wales and Victoria.

As well as her extensive small business knowledge, Lisa has connected with the dance sector in a number of ways. As an ex-dancer herself, Lisa has a special interest in dancer health and was Volunteer Physiotherapist to WA Ballet Company for more than 10 years. She also lectured at WAAPA in Anatomy and has treated dance injuries in her private practice for more than 20 years.

Lisa brings a wealth of experience in the prevention and management of all dance injuries and will manage dancer health for Co3.

Lisa was also the Chair of STEPS Youth Dance Company and has been an integral part of the evolution of Co3.
