PRESENTED BY ACT BELONG COMMIT

An immersive in-school dance residency and workshop program, CONNECT25: THE CHAIN PROJECT is designed to inspire young people (Year 3+) through movement, creativity and collaboration. Grounded in the Act Belong Commit message, this program encourages self-reflection, teamwork and curiosity while building physical skills that celebrate individuality.

Led by professional Co3 teaching artists, students will respond to the short film "In Search of the Nightingale" created by Raewyn Hill and Elham Eshraghian-Haakansson. The film is a series of poetic moving images, communicating facets of the human condition that are at once timeless and contemporary, specific yet a poem of universality. THE CHAIN PROJECT aims to give young people an opportunity to reflect upon the world around them and the value in their perseverance, endurance and hope for the future.

SUITABILITY

The program is designed and adapted for ALL students, Year 3 through to Year 12, and is tailored to meet any specific needs, levels and abilities.
