In 2025, we open the doors of the historic Liberty Theatre in the heart of Boorloo (Perth). Across April/May and July/August, we invite you to step inside and dance with us.
Whether it is your first time dancing, a step towards fitness, reigniting your passion for dance, or simply exploring something new, we have a class for everyone. Our program is designed to cater to a range of styles, skills and interests.

Led by our exceptional Co3 Company Dancers and Teaching Artists, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from industry experts. Read below to discover more about each class style.
TEACHING ARTISTS
These classes focus on fundamental techniques, improving posture, flexibility, and strength while fostering a love for movement. Perfect for anyone who loves to dance, wants to stay active, and experience the grace of ballet in an inclusive setting.
Contemporary movement for adults - This is a technique class. Together we will work on stability, strength and flexibility all set to various genres of music.
Ballet - This is an adult ballet class. I will take you through a thorough ballet barre and centre concentrating on technique and artistry.
Contemporary - The foundations of contemporary technique with an emphasis on floor work and a focus on alignment, coordination, and movement. Perfect for all levels.
Yoga - Movment sequences connecting you to breath and self. With options for all levels intended to encourage mindfulness.
Technique classes - Drawing from Ballet, Yoga, and various contemporary dance techniques, we explore fluidity, strength, and dynamic movement.
Improvisation classes - Discover and challenge our own movement patterns and explore movement through guided tasks and structured improvisation.
Discover the foundations of contemporary dance in a class designed for all levels. Explore key exercises that build on contemporary dance techniques and movements. This class provides a welcoming space to connect with your body in new ways, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered.
A soft slow beginning with simple follow along warm up exercises to lubricate the joints and gently activate the body. We then move through movement games, improvisation and contemporary technique, culminating in some groovy movement phrases that will leave you feeling energised.
HipHop - Covers the core concepts of hip-hop movement and culture. Exploring groove, social dances and freestyle ideas, impactful for beginner and experienced dancers alike.
House - A footwork-based dance style under the street dance umbrella. This is for lovers of disco, Latin dance, jazz, funk and soul.

FLOEUR ALDER
Floor Barre
The Boris Kniaseff Floorbarre is combination of yoga and classical ballet on the floor, it increases flexibility, strength and rotation as well as giving you energy as it works with the breath.
