Non-Executive Director - Treasurer
Co3 is seeking a Non-Executive Director - Treasurer to join our team!
The role requires in person attendance at approximately eight board meetings and serving on at least one board committee per year. This position serves as Chair of the Finance and Risk Management (FARM) committee. Directors are also requested to attend performances, and fundraising and supporter events throughout the year.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate an understanding of a director’s role and their legal, ethical, fiduciary and financial responsibilities. In addition, we are seeking someone who upholds and embodies Co3’s core values: Excellence, Integrity and Accountability, Sustainable Practices, Entrepreneurial Spirit, and Transformation.

Business and Development Manager
Co3 is seeking a Business and Development Manager to join our team!
The Business and Development Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the financial sustainability and strategic growth of Co3 Contemporary Dance. Working closely with the Executive Director, this position is responsible for managing and delivering on the organisation’s funding and income generation strategies, with a primary focus on grants, philanthropy and sponsorship.

Never been in an NED/governance role before? We’d still like to hear from you. The Board is dedicated to improving pathways and accessibility to governance roles in the NFP sector and is currently developing an internal mentoring support program as well as identifying both formal and informal Director Pathways programs to support new entrants. We’d welcome your suggestions on the types of support you would find most valuable.
