This policy applies to all tickets purchased for Co3 Contemporary Dance Australia performances, workshops, and events, whether purchased via TryBooking, venue box offices, or authorised ticketing partners.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Tickets must be purchased through authorised sellers. Co3 is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised resellers. Tickets obtained in this way may be cancelled without notice and entry may be refused.
Tickets may not be resold except in accordance with the Ticket Scalping Act 2021. Co3 reserves the right to cancel tickets that are resold in breach of this legislation.
Refunds are provided only where required by law. This includes where an event is cancelled, rescheduled and you cannot attend, or significantly changed in a way that materially affects the event.
Except where required by law, tickets are non-refundable. This includes change of mind, inability to attend for personal reasons (including illness or travel disruption), late arrival, refusal of entry in accordance with venue conditions, or dissatisfaction with the performance.
Ticket exchanges may be offered at Co3’s discretion. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Requests must be received at least 72 hours prior to the performance and must be confirmed by Co3 in writing to be valid. Exchanges are generally limited to events within the same season or program. Replacement tickets may differ in price, seating location, or value. Requests made within 72 hours of a performance are unlikely to be approved.
Co3 reserves the right to make reasonable changes to events, including casting, performers, program content, venue, seating configuration, and running time. The use of understudies, multiple casts, or changes to advertised artists does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, ticket holders will be offered options in accordance with applicable law, which may include a refund or exchange.
Late entry is not guaranteed and may be restricted until a suitable break in the performance. No refunds or exchanges apply where entry is delayed or refused due to lateness or failure to comply with venue conditions.
Workshops, classes, and dance camps are non-refundable except where required by law. Transfers may be considered at Co3’s discretion with reasonable notice, generally at least 72 hours prior to commencement and subject to availability. No transfers or credits are available once a program has commenced.
Co3 presentations may include loud sound, haze, strobe lighting, and mature or contemporary themes. Minimum age requirements may apply and vary by work. Babes-in-arms and attendance by children are not automatically permitted and require prior written approval from Co3. Where approved, attendance remains subject to venue conditions. A ticket may be required for all attendees regardless of age. Entry may be refused where age restrictions apply. Patrons may be asked to leave the auditorium if a child is disruptive. No refunds or exchanges apply in these circumstances.
Valid Companion Cards are accepted. Companion bookings must be made through the relevant ticketing provider and may be verified on entry.
Tickets may include booking or transaction fees. Fees charged by third-party providers are determined by those providers and may be passed on to the purchaser. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take up to seven business days. Requests made within three days of an event may not be actioned in time.
You are responsible for checking event details prior to attendance and for keeping your ticket secure. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be replaced.
Where events are presented in external venues, the venue’s terms and conditions will also apply and may take precedence where relevant.
To the extent permitted by law, Co3 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss incurred in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at an event, including costs such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses.
