Scott Galbraith
Scott Galbraith is a contemporary dance artist from Perth, Boorloo. He graduated from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. Since graduating, Scott has developed a dynamic career as a performing and teaching artist contributing to the Australian contemporary dance scene with passion and kindness. He has worked closely with Co3 Contemporary Dance Company over the years, and his experience and collaborative nature have made him a valued part of the creative process.
Scott’s first professional engagement with Co3 was The Zone in 2017, marking the beginning of a career defined by physicality, precision, and emotional depth. His most recent performance with Co3 was in the 2022 production of GLORIA, a celebrated work by the iconic Douglas Wright. And he is currently teaching as part of Co3’s CONNECT25 program.
Following his time on stage, Scott spent two years in the United States exploring interdisciplinary practices and broadening his perspective within the performing arts. This period of growth and exploration has enriched his artistic voice and strengthened his commitment to the development of contemporary dance.
Stepping into the role of Rehearsal Director for IN THE SHADOW OF TIME, Scott brings a renewed energy continuing to inspire and support the dance community.
